Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to every merchant with a ZappSell store and every product listed on one. It sits alongside our Terms of Service; if the two conflict, the stricter rule applies.

2. What ZappSell is for

ZappSell is built for legitimate digital goods delivered as text: software and plugin license keys, activation codes, access links to content you own or are licensed to resell, private community invites, and similar products.

3. Prohibited products

You may not list, sell, or deliver any of the following:

• Stolen, cracked, nulled, or leaked software, keys, or content
• Account credentials or logins for third-party services, including shared or resold accounts
• Cheats, exploits, spoofers, or tools to bypass anti-cheat or licensing
• Gift cards, vouchers, or other stored value
• Financial or trading signals, investment advice, or "guaranteed return" schemes
• Malware, phishing kits, "methods", combo lists, or anything built to defraud or break into systems
• Personal data, including leaked databases, "fullz", or card data
• Adult content (TODO(owner): confirm policy)
• Anything illegal in the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union, or where you or your buyers are located

4. How we enforce it

We cannot review every listing before it goes live, so enforcement is based on reports, automated checks, and reviews by the ZappSell team. Listings that break this policy may be hidden, and stores may be suspended or permanently closed. Where required, we may hold balances connected to prohibited sales and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

5. Reporting a store

If you find a store selling something on this list, email us with the store link and what you found. Reports are reviewed by a person.
