Built for keys, not file downloads

If you sell software, plugins, themes, SaaS seats or API access, what the buyer really receives is a license key or an activation code. ZappSell is built around exactly that. You upload your keys as stock values, set a USD price, and ZappSell handles checkout, payment confirmation and delivery.

Buyers pay in the coin they already hold, from any wallet, without creating an account. As soon as their payment confirms, ZappSell takes the next unused key from your stock and emails it to them. You do not have to be online, and you never paste a key into a chat by hand.

ZappSell does not host files. If your product also has an installer or download, host it wherever you like and include the link in the product description or alongside the key.

One key per unit, never sent twice

The biggest risk when selling keys is handing the same key to two buyers. ZappSell prevents it at the database level. For limited stock, the keys for an order are claimed from your inventory before the delivery email is sent, and a claimed key cannot be claimed again, even when two buyers pay at the same moment. If the email cannot be delivered, the claimed keys go back into your stock and delivery is retried.

Duplicate keys are removed when you save stock, and your stock count only counts unique, unsold keys. When a product runs out, it shows as sold out instead of taking payments you cannot fulfil.

Create the product and paste your keys

Add a name, description and USD price, set Stock Mode to Limited, and paste your keys separated by commas, pipes or new lines. The counter shows how many unique keys you have.

Optional: add duration tiers

Turn on duration-based pricing to sell tiers such as 1 Month, 6 Months and Lifetime. Each tier has its own price and its own pool of keys.

The buyer pays in crypto

Buyers pick a coin at checkout and pay the exact amount from any wallet. No ZappSell account is required.

The key is claimed and emailed

On payment confirmation ZappSell claims one key per unit from your stock and emails it. The buyer can re-open it later from order tracking.

The sale lands in your balance

Revenue minus the platform fee is credited to your ZappSell balance, and you request payouts to your own wallet.

Duration pricing for subscriptions and seats

Many licenses are time-limited. With duration-based pricing you can offer several tiers on one product page, each with its own price and its own stock of keys. A buyer who picks the yearly tier receives a key from the yearly pool, never a monthly one. It keeps one listing per product rather than a separate product for every duration, which is easier for buyers to compare.

Buyers can always find their key again

Keys get lost in inboxes. Every buyer can sign in to order tracking with a one-time email code and see every key they have bought from any ZappSell store, with a copy button and an invoice. That cuts down the "I lost my key" messages. When buyers do need you, they open a ticket tied to the order, so you have the context in your dashboard. See built-in support.

What you can and cannot sell

Sell keys you own or are licensed to resell: your own software, plugins, themes, SaaS access codes, API keys and similar. Stolen, cracked or leaked keys, cheats and third-party account logins are not allowed; see the Acceptable Use Policy.
