Every store on ZappSell is run by its own seller, and sellers answer questions about their products directly. How you reach them depends on whether you have already bought something.
Before you buy: ask the store
- Open the store, for example
storename.zappsell.com. - Go to its Contact page.
- Enter your name, your email, what your question is about, and your question, then send it.
The seller's reply is emailed to the address you entered, so use one you check. Good pre-sale questions are about compatibility, which version or region a key works in, how long access lasts, and what happens if something does not work.
After you buy: open an order ticket
- Sign in to order tracking with the email you used at checkout. See tracking an order.
- Open Support.
- Choose a shop: select the store you bought from.
- Select your order(s) the question is about.
- Describe your issue with as much detail as possible: what you expected, what happened, and any error messages. For payment problems, include the coin and the transaction ID.
- Choose Send request.
Your tickets and the seller's replies are listed under View my tickets, and you can reply there to keep the conversation in one place.
What to expect
- Sellers are independent, so reply times vary by store.
- Refunds and replacements are decided by the seller under our refund policy.
- If a seller does not respond, or you think a store is breaking the Acceptable Use Policy, contact ZappSell support.
