Delivery on ZappSell is automatic: as soon as your crypto payment is confirmed, your key, code or link is emailed to you. When it seems to be missing, it is almost always one of the reasons below.

1. The payment is still confirming

A crypto payment has to be confirmed on its blockchain before the order completes. Depending on the coin and how busy the network is, this can take from a minute to longer. While you wait, the order shows as Pending in order tracking. Keep the payment page open or check back; nothing else is needed from you.

2. The email went to spam

Search your inbox, spam and promotions folders for the store name or "ZappSell". Delivery emails go to the address you entered at checkout, so check that you are looking in the right mailbox.

3. Open order tracking

Sign in at zappsell.com/track-orders with the email you used at checkout. Completed orders show the delivered items there, even if the email never arrived. See tracking an order.

4. The payment was short or sent on the wrong network

Send the exact amount shown on the payment page, in the coin and on the network it names. A payment that is too small, or sent on a different network (for example USDT on Ethereum instead of TRON), may not complete the order. If this happened, contact the seller with your order ID and the transaction ID from your wallet.

5. The order expired

Orders that receive no payment in time expire. If you paid after the order expired, contact the seller with the order ID and transaction ID.

Still stuck? Contact the seller

Open a ticket from order tracking and choose the order. Include your order ID, the coin you paid with and the transaction ID. See how to contact a seller. Refunds are handled by each seller under our refund policy. If a seller does not respond, contact ZappSell support.
