How delivery works on ZappSell

ZappSell delivers text: keys, codes, and links. Here is exactly what happens between payment and inbox.

Stock values, not file uploads

Each unit you sell is a text stock value: a license key, an activation code, or an access link. ZappSell does not host files. Keep downloads on Google Drive, Dropbox, or your own server and sell the link.

Sent the moment payment confirms

When the crypto payment confirms, ZappSell emails the buyer their key, code, or link automatically. No manual fulfilment, no waiting for you to come online.

Never sent twice

For limited stock, each unit is claimed atomically from your inventory before the email goes out, so two buyers can never receive the same key, even when orders land at the same moment.

Safe on email failure

If the delivery email cannot be sent, the claimed keys go back into your stock and the delivery is retried, so nothing is lost or consumed without reaching the buyer.

Infinite stock for shared links

Selling a single link everyone gets, such as a course or community invite? Mark the product as infinite stock with one value and every buyer receives it.

Duration tiers with their own stock

Offer tiers like "1 Month" and "1 Year", each with its own price and its own pool of keys, so the right key goes out for the tier the buyer picked.

Upload your stock values

Create a product with a title, description, and USD price, then paste in your stock: one license key, code, or access link per unit. Duplicates are removed so the same value cannot be sold twice.

Publish to your storefront

Hit publish and the product is live on your storefront at yourbrand.zappsell.com. Pin it to the top if it's a featured product.

Buyer purchases with crypto

Buyers choose their product, select a cryptocurrency at checkout, and pay from any wallet. No ZappSell account is needed.

Key claimed, email sent, balance credited

On payment confirmation ZappSell claims one stock value per unit and emails it to the buyer. The buyer can re-open it any time from the order tracking portal. Your ZappSell balance is credited and you can request a payout.
