Every product on ZappSell is something delivered as text after payment: a license key, an activation code, or an access link. ZappSell does not host files, so if you sell a download, keep the file on Google Drive, Dropbox or your own server and sell the link.
Create the product
Go to Products and choose New product. The form has four parts.
Basics
- Name: what buyers see on your storefront and at checkout.
- Description: written in the Markdown editor. Explain exactly what the buyer gets, how long it lasts, and how to redeem it. A clear, original description of at least 600 characters also makes the product eligible for Google.
- Category: optional. See categories and pinning.
Image & Crop
Upload a product image and crop it. Products without an image can still be sold but are kept out of search engines.
Stock & Pricing
- Price: set in USD. Buyers choose a coin at checkout and pay the equivalent amount.
- Stock Mode: Limited means you upload one value per unit (for example a list of license keys); each sale uses one. Unlimited means one shared value, such as a course or community invite link, that every buyer receives.
- Duration-based pricing: turn this on to offer tiers such as "1 Month" and "1 Year", each with its own price and its own stock.
The details of entering stock are in Upload license keys and stock values.
Publish
Product Visibility is either Listed (on your storefront) or Hidden (saved but not for sale). Hidden is useful for drafts.
After you save
- The product appears on your storefront at its own address,
yourname.zappsell.com/p/product-name. The address is based on the name when you create it and does not change if you rename the product later. - Use the copy-link button in the product list to share that address.
- Check remaining units and unsold keys on the My shop page.
