Coupons let buyers pay less with a code at checkout. Both plans include unlimited coupons. Buyers enter the code in their cart before paying, and the discount is applied to the matching products before the crypto amount is calculated.

Create a coupon

Go to Coupons and open the Create coupon form.

  1. Code: what buyers type, for example SUMMER20.
  2. Type:
    • Percentage discount, with an optional maximum discount so a large order cannot take an unlimited amount off.
    • Fixed amount in USD, with an optional minimum order value.
  3. Category: pick one to limit the coupon to that category's products. Leave it empty to apply the coupon to all products.
  4. Expiry date: the last day the code works.
  5. Display coupon publicly: when on, the code is shown on your storefront so every visitor can use it. Leave it off for codes you share privately, for example with a newsletter or a Discord role.

Manage coupons

  • The Coupons page shows how many codes are currently live and how many are past expiry.
  • Each coupon shows its redemption count, so you can see which promotions worked.
  • Edit a coupon to change its details, or delete it to stop it working immediately.

Tips

  • Use one code per channel (for example DISCORD10 and X10) to see where buyers come from.
  • Public coupons are a simple way to run a sale without changing product prices.
  • Set an expiry date on every promotion so old codes do not keep circulating.
  • Keep codes short and easy to type on a phone, and avoid characters that look alike, such as O and 0.
