Sales are credited to your ZappSell balance once the buyer's payment confirms. You withdraw that balance to your own crypto wallet by requesting a payout. How balances are held is explained on Trust & safety.
1. Add a payout wallet
Go to Payments → Settings and enter a wallet address for each coin you want to be paid in, for example Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT or USDC. One valid address is enough to withdraw.
- Double-check every address. Crypto transfers are irreversible, and a typo cannot be undone.
- Match the coin and the network. USDT on TRON is not the same as USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20). Use an address that your wallet shows for that exact network.
2. Check your balance
Payouts shows a fee breakdown: gross sales, the platform fee (5% per order on Free, 2% on Premium, fixed when the buyer checked out), your net earnings, what has been paid out, and what is available to withdraw. Money you have already requested is shown separately and cannot be requested again until it is paid. Orders shows the fee and what you earn on each completed order.
3. Request the payout
Choose Request payout. A request is for your remaining balance, which is already net of platform fees. The blockchain network fee for sending the payout is separate: it comes out of the amount sent. You can make up to 2 requests in any 7 days; if the button is unavailable, the page tells you how many requests you have made in the last 7 days.
4. Follow the request
- Requested: waiting for review by the ZappSell team.
- Approved: typically processed within 24 hours.
- Denied: read the admin note on the request for the reason.
- Processed: sent. The payout, with its transaction ID, appears in your payout history.
Large payouts may be split, and fraud checks may delay processing for high-risk orders. If something looks wrong, open a support ticket with the transaction ID. With Telegram alerts connected, you are notified when a payout is requested or processed.
